How we got started
Our co-founders saw a need for undergraduate students to have greater access to mentoring across campus—no matter the subject, interest, or long-term career goals. Instead of waiting for someone else to solve this problem, they decided to take matters into their own hands and approach it step by step. This organization grew out of that vision, and they would love for you to join them on the journey.
What we do
AXIS (Empowering Students to Aspire, Xplore, Ignite, and Succeed) is a multidisciplinary student organization at UC Riverside committed to helping students unlock their full potential. The club provides a supportive community where members connect with peers of similar interests, gain mentorship, and access professional development opportunities across fields such as medicine, law, and computer science. Through workshops, networking events, speaker panels, and hands-on initiatives, AXIS equips students with the skills and connections to excel academically and professionally. With a strong focus on inclusivity, leadership development, and collaboration, AXIS empowers its members to turn ambition into achievement and build a lasting impact within the UCR community and beyond.
